Request: purchase 1password #15

We would like to purchase 1password for the team.

We will likely use "pro" because of custom role options. This will be used extensively by the dev team, and likely the rest of the office as we put together our strategy for access to tools and accounts.

This needs a credit card for the purchase

We could definitely start off on the Standard Plan ($3.99/user/mo) and upgrade to Pro at a later time. Tarek from security mentioned the Pro features would be nice (especially auditing) but if we're just using it on a small team for now, spending the extra money isn't necessary.

The team prefers 1Password but Tarek recommended Lastpass. He said 1Password is aligned around small teams and Lastpass is a better solution for "enterprise-class" password management. We can always migrate credentials at a later date if we need more features for the CISO team to be 100% happy and as usage grows. We don't care too much as long as we have a solution for password management ASAP.

We initiated this request back on 10/30/2017 in an email to Matt Esquibel and Tarek. it really shouldn't take 6 1/2 months to get approval to buy cheap software that allows us to do our job, especially for the sake of security best practices.

Purchased... we may need to add more users but for right now, 4 is enough.
