5/22/19: initial meeting held with Alph, SDL and operations representatives Format, sender/receiver, touch points decided.

1st case study of handoff procedure held on 7/16 with the Custodial Care transition. Overall, the feeling from participants was it made for a smooth transition. There are some opportunities for improvement. These will outlined in the next sprint review
