Thoughts on release planning

To do

danielhonker commented 4 years ago

New agenda for sprint planning:

  1. Groom and plan for each project a. Add or update issues that you know are on the horizon. b. Sort the backlog for each project by priority or sequence. c. Size the highest priority issues. Break down any that seem too big to finish within one sprint. d. Identify issues we will commit to in the next two weeks.
  2. Sprint goals and capacity a. Look at the sprint goals across all projects and reconcile sizes with capacity.
