Goal: Use existing/past projects to prototype a process for how we bring an equity lens to our work.

Solving for: How might we include equity in project intake How might we bring an equity lens to our approach and execution of a project How might we bring an equity lens to policy issues on the digital services roadmap

Intake:

[x] Meet with Equity office on 9/9/20
[ ] Define what equity is
[ ] Develop intake gut check to evaluate equity impact of a project (how to measure?)

Pick 2-3 projects (for some variation), then look at potential for adding Manlin to this task.

[ ] Meet w/ Anu
[ ] Identify a project
[ ] Define deliverables and justification
[ ] List out different workstreams (in a workshop) to create a backlog (Ex. intake, training, etc)
