BRMs:

How do the services in the inventory connect to department tech roadmaps?
What can the BRMs learn about department needs and capabilities, as they onboard into their roles?
What citywide platforms do we need to help departments with their specific needs?

SDL

Which services would benefit from a service design project?
How might we use the information in the inventory as part of intaking and scoping an SDL project with a department?
How might we do the handoff between inventory and SDL?
