To answer these kinds of questions for CTO and BRMs:

Where do we need shared tools or platforms?
What tech could help with the needs we identify from departments?
What enterprise systems are we using tech needs, areas for shared tools and platforms, enterprise systems
How do the services in the inventory connect to department tech roadmaps?
What can the BRMs learn about department needs and capabilities, as they onboard into their roles?
What citywide platforms do we need to help departments with their specific needs?
