Copy edit day labor form #3292

We moved the "Request a day laborer" form to Formstack! Let's copy edit it.

@desigonz English: We’ll send ~you~ a copy of your request to this email address.

We may want some helper text in the hourly pay rate box. When I select "I'd like an hourly pay rate suggestion from the Day Labor Center's staff" it won't let me proceed without defining a rate.

Maybe add: "Make your best guess so that we can help suggest a fair rate."

What does NI stand for? Can we make sure it doesn't show up in the container?

Spanish: Translate: "We’ll call you at this number if we have questions."

Otherwise, looks good to me!

Just made the update for Spanish and backlogging the rest for now, since these are copy changes that will have an impact on translations. I think MVP is good to ship!

We're still waiting on the form container content type! And once we have that, let's draft in Joplin and send previews to APH to approve.
