for further information on how this might be helpful. I am somewhat aware of some of the complaints and think these are examples where content/design would be helpful in establishing trust.
ARR I talked to leadership in ARR about how things are going and they said that:
People are getting frustrated with the city because they don't have insight into what's happening and we aren't being transparent or thinking of how to communicate these problems.
WIC:
Code: Code violation inspections have been paused and they are just now spinning those up again from what i know.

User story
As a resident, I want to be able to see at-a-glance the status of major city services, so that I understand how it will impact me.
Background
Boston.gov has a block on their homepage that indicates the status of major city services, and include a short description with critical information.
Services a few of the categories seem like they've been added in as part of their COVID-19 response.
