Support characters other than Latin alphabet on Joplin #4526

As a content author, I want my CMS to support characters in languages like Burmese, Urdu and Chinese so that I can publish translations in those languages without relying on using PDFs.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This need is demonstrated currently and is a blocker to creating equitable web content for COVID-19.

Describe the solution you'd like Support translations in languages with non-Latin characters in the same way that Spanish translations are supported.

IBM Plex sans supports over 100 languages, so there's a lot of support for diacritics, etc.
