Rebuild all Janis assets utilizing stacks, named variables, fixed padding.

Update

Getting the workspace setup, and figuring out the best way to tackle this.

Moved all page templates into a single XD file to make it easier to compare and update
Taking a top-down approach and starting at the top of each page and move through each breakpoint
Ensuring that the naming conventions are documented and shared

If this effort is bigger than a Sprint, please make this an epic and divide into sprint sized chunks, and outline what exactly will be done in this sprint.
