Search: Prioritize: Titles > Descriptions > Wagtail's results #5063

We can make some small improvements for search by prioritizing results by matching titles and adding descriptions.

This should probably be broken into a couple issues...

A: Prioritize title results
B: Add search descriptions
C: 2nd prioritize search descriptions...

Any other thoughts are welcome! Use-cases help!

So the page refers to it as a Driver Safety Course, because that's its official name. But a lot of people will think/search Driving Safety Course. When I search for that I get this:

I'm interpreting that to mean that the official doc search is just stronger than the general search? Idk.
