Trashy has empty bullet points #5085

The calendar says things like Tree pickup or holidays (http://austintexas.gov/page/my-collection-schedule) which is showing up as blank bullets Screen Shot 2021-01-07 at 12.16.52 PM.png

There should no longer be empty bullet points or empty dates

also the results should be in spanish, if youve toggled spanish
