My team is hiring in the DC area (McLean)! I work on the CreditWise application (https://creditwise.capitalone.com/home) at Capital One, and love it! We build software that provides free credit scores and reports while offering exciting tools to help people monitor and improve their credit. We have engineers doing awesome work on the backend, web UI, iOS, and Android. Below is a current opening, but there are several open and you don’t need to match on 100% of requirements - if you think you might be a good fit for the team, I’d love to hear about it! I’m happy to give my honest opinion and experience with the role, the team, being a woman/LGBT in tech at the company, or anything in general - feel free to DM me. I could go on and on about all the great perks, but let’s talk about what matters to you!

Hey all! My kind, brilliant UX team at Microsoft Yammer is hiring for Senior and Principal Designers in both Redmond (WA) and San Francisco. It's an incredible group to work with, Some highlights: I'm not the only non-binary person on my team(!!!), a number of folks are queer / POC, there lots of conversations around inclusivity and allyship, I feel extraordinarily supported in my personal and professional growth, and we're working on some awesome projects to boot. Say hi if you're curious to learn more! Senior Designer: https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/job/428334/Senior-Designer Principal Designer:

Looking for a senior engineer! https://grommet.applytojob.com/apply/99b2Nr8vHU/Senior-Software-Engineer (Work with me! Lots of women in the company and team! We value communication and good quality work, and have a pretty healthy developer culture.)

I kept it simple, but let me know if it's too simple. I imagine this going in the "Overview" section, as the last paragraph. What do y'all think @oliver2g @courtneyjacinic

You don’t need to match on 100% of requirements - if you think you might be a good fit for the team, we would love to hear about it! We value communication, quality work, and a healthy, diverse culture.
