Players' names stay red when no-longer wanted #12

~~Reports indicate that this is a result of a missing setInfo call.

Will check to ensure that all cases where demerits are reduced/modified are accompanied by a setInfo call.~~

Reportedly the target's name remained red after being hit. Will compare the condition for red names against the condition for baton hits to find out where the issue lies.
