Players can become wanted due to collateral vehicle damage #65

Example: Player A destroys a vehicle, setting it on fire. Player B is standing next to the vehicle as it explodes, taking damage. Player A receives demerits for the damage. This can be used in baiting situations in some cases.

Best solution would likely be to disable this damage altogether for all vehicles.
