Empty lot data accumulates in the registry #7

Over 600 lots have been registered on the current prod server when there are less than 50 lots total. Each lot is marked as "unregistered" with no associated BLID or information. Currently investigating for any cases where lots register new IDs unnecessarily.

The current suspected cause is players attempting to plant their own lot bricks in some form

This will be closed if it cannot be reproduced following the release of Alpha 2.

No-longer able to replicate after 9 months and a number of reworks to lots. Closing for now. Lot init is logged, so if this resurfaces, it will be more easily traceable.
