A lot-based alternative to the onBrickLoaded event that won't kill the server when we have to reload. We'd probably have this fire on all lots when bricks finish loading so everything is loaded in when it runs. This makes it a better option all-around than onBrickLoaded because load events could then take advantage of named bricks, etc.
This would be an optional add-on to discourage abuse.
