On a new ensemble page, the user should be able to create new ensembles. They should be able to name it, describe it and set the uncertainty conditions for the ensemble run.
Each ensemble can consist of scenarios related to one or multiple models. Thus, the user should be able to select models available to them and create uncertainty ranges for the input parameters of each model. For each model, the user can input a number of scenarios that shall be created automatically by UMP.
