Redesign and add features to Scenario detail page

The scenario detail page which shows the scenario results should be redesigned. This includes:

• Redesign of the filter functionality currently available for a better UX
• Different visualization possibilities with interactive diagrams ang graphs
• Comment functionality

Seems like plotly can handle data without much information about it. We might want to try how far we can get with it.
