Consider the case when some folder (the rest of the report will use .home as example) has paginated list of folders (e.g. 30 folders) AND both panels are active (left and right).
If both panels are in commander mode with .home opened (i.e. folder with paginated view) then pagination UI/component is visible.
However, if on left side I open some document (e.g. switch to viewer mode), the pagination UI/component on the right side disappears!
Expected behavior: pagination component on the right side panel should be visible regardless of what is in the panel on the left side!
