The Unit Promo Flags "dim" with the Unit Flags and a bugfix #291

I was going to grab a screenshot but forgot and have the game closed and I want to go to sleep instead of waiting for it to reload...

but these changes do two things:

  1. When a unit is fortified/sleeping/etc, the "Promotion Flag" will dim along with the rest of the unit flag. Before this change: image After this change: image

  2. Fix issue with the Religion Lens not actually hiding non-religious units when the CQUI setting was "hidden" (it defaults to Transparent)
