City States Panel Improvement #304

I'd really love to see the CS panel be more like the enhanced trade routes panel; e.g. to be able to sort CS based on their type (Cultural, Trade, Militaristic,...), number of envoys I've there, their luxury or strategic resources, or number of envoys of its current suzerain.

When playing on large maps, especially with barbarian-clans mode, it becomes really hard to scroll through this panel.

P.S. One last feature that'd be fantastic to have: being able to favorite certain city-states in overall game settings (outside of a gameplay) so that if they're encountered during a game, they always pin to the top of the panel.

Interestingly enough, this was posted to steam on the very same day I had created this issue :) It's been a while that I'm using it and works pretty well.
