CQUI Monopoly++ integration #311

I've tried to add compatibility for a Monopoly++ by adding another type of checking similar to FAITH based on GOLD instead. But for some reason, production doesn't show up when the city should be able for buying them. Maybe somebody could follow it up.

I really need to like, check these thigns before looking into it! I swear I just spent an hour or so figuring this out before seeing this PR. :)
That said, I found a more simple fix so I'll close this one and create a PR with the smaller fix. I very much appreciate the help (even though I'm closing your branch :S )
