Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I hate being bombarded with useless pop-ups, and I've seen other mods disable them.

Describe the solution you'd like A tick box that when checked disables historic moments and tech/civic boost pop-ups.

Describe alternatives you've considered Could also be a button. Or disabled by default.

OMG, I came here to write just the same! All these tech/civic boosts and historic moments are insanely annoying.
