Unable to purchase religious units w/base game

Describe the bug Awesome mod - thank you! I'm using it on a base game, on a saved game that was started without the mod. I'm not able to buy religious units even though I have the required faith (the purchase buttons are disabled). If I disable the mod and reload the same game I'm actually able to buy those units with no problems. Is this because I'm using the mod on a saved game that was started without the mod?

To Reproduce

1. load a saved game with some holy sites and faith balance (base/vanilla game)
2. try to purchase religious units

Expected behavior can purchase religious units

This looks good. Have you tried clicking on the purchase button? The one with faith cost.
