Deals menu is just a mocked screen #363

Describe the bug Deals menu is just a mock

To Reproduce

  1. Open the deals menu

Expected behavior I should see the proper player names, valid actions, etc, instead I see a mocked interface with "TEST" and "EGYPT" (from the XML)
