There are a few great persons that are greater than the rest :)
I'd like to specify them before the game starts so that when they become available, I can outright buy them with gold/faith if possible. E.g. The guy with 3 oil/turn, the guy who absorbs a CS, the guy that gives 3 housing, ...

It'd be great to have a pop-up alert when they become available so that I don't miss out on them.
