default content installing in Misc stuff #94

ocsetup seems to be installing the default content from appcat_default_content during setup or finish phase, even if " Applications Catalog default content " is not selected.

If multiple ocsetup steps are called, nodes are imported multiple times.

This is on the multilingual branch.

Closing as default content has been dropped in 2.x.
