"Deployment of" links dont show name #99

This relates to the i18n work - the tokens in the Deplyment links on an org page arent showing.

Am finding that it may be necessary to do the installation steps in ocsetup quite specifically. If the nodes to be imported are for a specific language, then the order could need to be:

install App catalog feature
install Multilingual feature
add a language
install App catalog default content
