Is "94% of households have an income 94% below the national average" accurate? #66

Description

The landing page description (last paragraph) states that "94% of households have an income 94% below the national average in Ecuador, $840. Migrants' households average income is $313". However, $313 is not 94% of $840. Is this a typo?
