Page drops down to below h1 on overall

When I click on a domain from the homepage, it drops to below the h1 for overall tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://scangov.org
2. Click on any domain in the table
3. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Should just go to page like others.
