We should be able to know if a site is collecting traffic in: https://analytics.usa.gov/
This is a best practice for .gov.
I think you can just search for a portion of:
<!-- Analytics for GSA's Office of Strategic Communication (OSC) --> -- | <script async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-HBYXWFP794"></script> | <script> | window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer \|\| []; | function gtag() { dataLayer.push(arguments); } | gtag('js', new Date()); | gtag('config', 'G-HBYXWFP794'); | </script>
I think it might also be possible to pull data from: https://analytics.usa.gov/data/
Similar to #97 (note Digital Analytics Program)
