tools list on add project form #179

Currently trying to add a tool to the tools list in the add project form is very confusing because it's hard for the user to understand that the tool was actually added.

  1. What needs to happen after a click on a tool:
    • The search input should clear to start a new search.
    • The list of available tools should close.
  2. The list of currently selected tools should be visible to the user instead of under the fold. - @olliebeannn can you help with this one?
  3. There should be a way to remove a tool after it was selected. Right now the only way to do it is reload and restart the whole form. Very frustrating! A solution could be to put a small X icon on hover which will be very intuitive for the user but it won't work on mobile. - @olliebeannn, @grodeska, @cpalmatier any ideas?

I fixed (1) in this PR https://github.com/civicmakers/client/pull/187. I also made it so after a tool was selected it won't show on the selectable tool list.

@cpalmatier Can you spend some time mocking up a better UI for the add tool feature for creating projects? We'd ideally use same UI for editing projects. As @ybentz mentioned, the big need is the ability to remove a tool once it's been selected, but the UI could be cleaned up all around.
