In this PR:

Added abilty to remove selected tool in add-project form (https://github.com/civicmakers/client/issues/179).
Fixed input field max length being too short for some of the inputs (https://github.com/civicmakers/client/issues/190).
Changed the search tool icon from the tool-image to tool-avatar and added a fallback default image.
