Create an endpoint that returns the list of all the drivers present in the system.

Example:

GET http://localhost:8080/meals-on-wheels/driver/list

Download, Build and Run the application. Once done that, connect to http://localhost:8080/meals-on-wheels/swagger-ui.html to see the new endpoint
