Create a HTML page that offer the user and entry point for the functionality of displaying the list of meals to the Administrator.

@Ricciareactor - Describe below the look and feel or attach a wireframe to this ticket:

Eg.

Look:

The list of meals will be displayed with a radio button for each meal
Meals will be displayed on a vertical order
The ordering is Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
