This page may need further updating, but for now I'm focusing on the necessary distinction between contacts and users.

Thanks for looking at this, @MikeyMJCO! I think we should mention CMSs and at least link to a definition here, given that the rest of the page is about CMS integration. I shortened the mention to 5 words - is this an appropriately brief way to do it?
