Tokens and click-through #419

There should be a notice/warning in the token section that using tokens in links for CiviMail will bypass click-through tracking. I got burned by this in a serious way, and this isn't mentioned in the token section nor in the click-through CiviMail section. Maybe the notice/warning should be in both sections.

Feel free to open a PR to correct/change this. I'm going to close this issue.
