another item from the readme that is a bit opaque to me...

@ErichBSchulz any more ideas about what this might be? I wonder if it's related to testing and mocking API calls, which I mentioned in #63 If there is no other information I'd suggest closing this.

@mickadoo this was a desired goal in the very beginning document in the README - maybe @colemanw maybe be clearer - it seemed like a tricky goal to me - so if no-one has a clear idea I suggest closing this case
