Description: Fixing new button and styling for sticky section as per new changes. after-2

Additional: It fixes hover and viewing effect for list item of activity feed.

@mukeshcompucorp you might also want to style the "Edit Draft" button. Try creating a new communication activity & saving it as a draft. You'll see the button then when viewing it like the screenshot above.
