Just installed v1.4.2, along with Angular profiles 4.7.31-1.1.2 and API v4 version 4.4.2 on CiviCRM 5.13.4. Cleared the caches, no menu item. The only thing that immediately springs to mind is that I'm on PHP 5.6.

Same problem with Contact Layout 1.4.2. Using environ: PHP 7.2, WordPress latest, CiviCRM 5.13.5, API 4.4.2

No menu item at all.

Same problem on fresh install for a dev box: Contact Layout 1.4.2, CiviCRM 5.14.2, Wordpress 5.2.2, PHP 7.3.

Can confirm. Disable, uninstall and re-install fixed it for me.

Clearing caches, re-build CiviCRM menus did not work.

I Disable, uninstall and re-install to also get the link, but when I open /civicrm/a#/contact-summary-editor .... Nothing gets displayed

@Rar9 I just had to do this again on a new CiviCRM site.

No menu item, which should appear under: Administer, Customize Data and Screens, Contact Summary Editor

To fix it I did these steps:

  1. Went to the CiviCRM Extensions page
  2. Disabled the Contact Layout Editor extension
  3. Uninstalled Contact Layout Editor extension
  4. Re-installed Contact Layout Editor extension

Then Contact Summary Editor appears in menu **Administer, Customize Data and Screens,
