Editing Profiles from Event or Contribution Pages - Scroll bar does not appear. #481

When you edit a profile from an event or contribution page while using shoreditch, the scroll wheel does not appear.

In greenwich, which isn't pretty either, scroll bar populates as soon as it is needed. Screenshots provided as an example but it was hard to show that I couldn't scroll lower.
