I got this info from their gov site: https://anc.dc.gov

I'd advise against directing people to email a DC government official without asking their permission...

That’s a good point. Is there a PoC in DC gov for this project? If not, would there be value in establishing one?

I think @rbmy and oanc@dc.gov looks like the correct spot to direct emails.
