Per Stacey, the income tab should only include non-employment income and the employment tab should include employment relate income.

I think this is lower priority for now. The income dropdown includes separate categories for these (i.e. "Salary/Full-Time Employment Salary" vs. "Part-Time Employment Income") so it should be easy to track down on an applicant's page, even if not the best UI.
