Hey @CharlesDLandau I hope you don't mind we editing the content of the issue. I've just changed the number list to one with checkboxes.

I think most of these can be accomplished by filling out what's in the community part of the repo insights: https://github.com/codefordc/rfj_expungement/community

I'll go ahead and start and make some PRs for all to see.
