Validate and update UX role descriptions #187

Overview

We need to Validate/update current UX role descriptions and create new ones as needed. We want them to match role descriptions universally used on career/job boards.

For Context- Bonnie posted this in the UX/UI slack channel:

Bonnie 1:40 PM Andre Oosthuizen meet Aleiya Gafar. She is working on the BOP project as a PM and we were hoping that you might be able to lend a hand on a specific issue. We need to figure out if we have the right names/descriptions/responsibilities for all the UX roles we are recruiting for across projects. Here is the list of roles that we think we need: ux-researcher needed: ux-program-designer needed: ux-community-of-practice-lead needed: ux-research-lead But recently someone has suggested that we are calling the UX research lead the wrong thing and maybe its more a Research Ops role, etc. Here is where we have the job board with more details https://github.com/hackforla/UI-UX/projects/2 roles-1/ux-researcher.md
