BOP Project Status Sheet v1

• Went through all the formulas, and fixed the incorrect calculations that were previously used.
• Created v1 of a Google sheet that calculates the progress and outputs all the numbers in one place. Only need to manually count the GitHub issues for 3 variables (provided quick links to the UXR board).
• Any comments? (especially with the instructions and the text in cells H5-H7.)

@mrao2 will update the spreadsheet to have same format as deck try to put a script connection between the static saved snapshots and the deck
