Background of ViewOrganization #1114

indvOrgBackgroundImageStyle to 'contain' image in larger display sizes when minHeight = 580, and 'cover' in smaller displays when minHeight = 512. Closes #1112

Hey Max, I don't know if I'm missing something, but it seems like both the branch and the live site have the same behavior when clicking on a contributor. Is there supposed to be some background image? I may be testing incorrectly too.
