We want the users to know how to use the search so that they are not confused when they get to this page

It is unclear what to search for or how the search bar functions and it would be best to provide examples so the end-user knows what to search for

[ ] Make a mock up with the text "Search the Civic Tech Index using tags such as e.g. food, climate, unemployment, finance etc"
[ ] List all of the projects in case someone just wants to see what's out there, not necessarily search by a particular topic. Order by most recent activity (across the whole organization)

concern: The "All" drop down may start to get long. We would need to make this scrollable fixed height so it doesn't get too long/out of control
idea: have a drop down suggestion as you type into the search bar. Refer to image below
