Update backend matching logic for New Issue Approval (...) #1196

Overview

A recent change in the project board's column names requires an update in the backend's name matching. "New Issue Approval" is now "New Issue Approval (...)".

Action Items

[ ] Update column name matching logic in backend code to use startswith() rather than do exact matching
